- “Signature Synagogue Program”
If the Synagogue is in this program, the Synagogue is entitled to One Adult and
One Youth Program. In the New York Metropolitan Region there are five Synagogues in this program. Midway Jewish Center; North Shore Synagogue; Temple Israel of Great Neck; Park Avenue Synagogue; and East Meadow Jewish Center (Emeritus).
Men’s Club Presidents should coordinate with “Signature Synagogue” contact at each participating Temple. Committee Members who have these Synagogues on their list are: Warren B (3 of these Synagogues); Aaron A (1 of these Synagogues); and Leslie A (1 of these Synagogues).
- Men’s Clubs should provide information to GESHER concerning Antisemitism Programs established at their Synagogues
- Men’s Clubs should provide articles in Temple’s Newsletters and local newspapers to inform congregants and the community about their programs.
